B Series – Closed Cycle Spray Dryer
Closed cycle system is a sophisticated system which can ensure the hot air current and the drying material will not get in touch with the external air though out the whole process. It is exclusive used for the material with ethanol, acetone, hexane, petro category of organic solvent. Whole drying process uses inert gas (nitrogen) as drying media for circulating inside the closed system to avoid oxidation. The system equipped with explosion proof design, online control oxygen content, online recovery of organic solvent and recycle the inert gas (nitrogen). It is mainly applied in the powder or granule production of hard alloy power, pharmacy, lithium battery material.
